EURO MOTOR CENTER OY - VEHICLE USE AGREEMENT

1.      The renter / test rider must have solid riding experience with the vehicle being rented or test ridden, and must hold a valid driving licence that entitles them to operate the vehicle in question.

2.      The deductible (excess) in the event of damage is EUR 1,000.

3.      Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is handed over with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. The vehicle is always handed over washed and must also be returned washed if it has become dirty. If a clearly dirty vehicle is returned unwashed, the vehicle provider (Euro Motor Center Oy) has the right to charge the renter / test rider afterwards for the washing costs. Washing fees: 
Mopeds: 15€ – Motorcycles: 25€ –  Snowmobiles and ATVs: 40€

4.      The renter / test rider must handle the vehicle and its equipment with care. Using the equipment for illegal purposes, modifying the vehicles structure, or participating in competitions with it is prohibited.

5.      The renter / test rider is obliged to compensate the vehicle as well as the vehicle and rider equipment at their full value if they are broken, lost, damaged, or otherwise depreciated in any way other than normal wear and tear. The renter / test rider is obliged to compensate damage to the motorcycle according to the deductible, separately for each damage incident, unless the other partys traffic insurance covers it.

If the damage has occurred intentionally, due to gross negligence, intoxication, or similar reasons, the renter / test rider undertakes to compensate the damages in full regardless of the deductible amount.

6.      The renter / test rider is also liable for any personal injury and property damage they cause to the extent that statutory motor liability insurance does not cover such damage.

7.      The rented / test ride vehicle and equipment must be returned in full as agreed.

If the return is delayed from the agreed time without contacting and agreeing on the matter, the vehicle provider has the right to charge full compensation for the costs incurred, and to charge a new rental day for each started rental day with a 50% surcharge. If the return has not taken place as agreed and no contact has been made with the vehicle provider, the matter will be reported to the police.

8.      Handing over the vehicle to another person is prohibited.

9.      The rental fee is paid at the time of rental.

10.   Taking the vehicle outside the borders of Finland is prohibited without the vehicle providers written consent.

11.   During the rental / test ride period, the renter / test rider is responsible for any fines and parking penalty charges incurred with the vehicle.

12.  Any repairs always require the vehicle providers permission.

13.  Even if the renter returns the vehicle before the end of the rental period, they are not entitled to a refund for the unused time.

14.  During the rental / test ride period, the renter / test rider must take care of normal checks of the vehicle, such as engine oil and coolant levels, tyre pressure, etc.

15.  The renter / test rider is responsible for costs arising from a punctured tyre.

16.  The renter must have a valid debit or credit card.
